Electrode Cutting Unit (ECU)
ADOR Digatron ECU, Electrode Cutting Unit, is an automatic electrode die cutting equipment designed to punch electrodes from coated aluminium and copper rolls. A roll of coated electrode is manually loaded on the machine and the web is automatically pulled under the die cutting station. A high-precision cutting die performs clean cut of the electrode according to the required dimension. Simultaneously, a pick and place system places the cut electrode into a storage tray.
With the BE-IGBT, you can emulate high-voltage batteries of any technology. It combines functions, such as changing and discharging, with freely programmable set values for internal resistance, current, voltage or power in test programs, as well as the acquisition of the corresponding measurement data in just one device.
High Current Cable
Typically, this highly flexible copper cable is used with a Digatron high-current discharge device (HEW series), a Digatron battery emulator (BE series) and the Digatron electric vehicle tester (EVT series).
