With the BE-IGBT, you can emulate high-voltage batteries of any technology. It combines functions, such as changing and discharging, with freely programmable set values for internal resistance, current, voltage or power in test programs, as well as the acquisition of the corresponding measurement data in just one device.

BATTERY EMULATOR FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERIES
With the BE-IGBT, you can emulate high-voltage batteries of any technology. It combines functions, such as changing and discharging, with freely programmable set values for internal resistance, current, voltage or power in test programs, as well as the acquisition of the corresponding measurement data in just one device. Its unique modularity enables stand-alone operation or the parallel connection of several power elements – for increased output.
SPACE-SAVING
Thanks to its compact design, the Ador Digatron EVT-IGBT requires little space and fits comfortably through door frames.
ONE DEVICE, TWO FUNCTIONS
We can supply the BE as bivalent on request, with which the system can also be operated as a test device (EVT mode).
HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY
All power elements feature IGBT power amplifiers and bidirectional power units with full sine wave grid regeneration.
PERFECT FOR HIGH DEMANDS
Fast load changes during driving cycle simulations present no challenge for the highly dynamic IGBT technology.
SCALABLE
The modular construction, including all winding material, allows the system to be expanded by the addition of more modules for higher current and power.
PARALLEL CONNECTION OF CIRCUITS
Several power elements can be connected in parallel to increase the current and power accordingly. It is also possible to link several test stations.
