Energy-efficient system with high packing density for starter batteries and battery modules
This cycler is the right choice for automated tests on SLI batteries in the current range between 10 amps and 40 amps. Thanks to its high packing density that is unique on the market, it offers up to 256 test circuits in just one cabinet. This makes it perfect for installations in laboratories where high quantities of batteries need to be tested.

High energy efficiency
The device features switch mode amplifiers with up to 96% efficiency, regenerative DC links make a part of the energy used available again. All power elements are supplied by power units with Digatron’s exclusive B.E.S.T. technology.
Precise test results
The HD series offers four selectable current ranges. Thanks to cutting-edge hardware and software that are perfectly synchronized with each other, you can obtain measurement results in the microvolt [µV] and microampere [µA] ranges.

Two or four power outputs can be easily connected in parallel to increase the current accordingly.
